The staff were friendly and very helpful. One receptionist booked our boat trip for us, when we having difficulties trying to do it from our mobile.
Not keen on having to park on the roadside with our hire car. Available spaces were few and far between. A designated parking area would have been preferable.

A little out dated but clean. Restaurant on site was amazing and the shopping centre a short walk away was great. Would stay there again but will slightly lower expectations of the room condition.

Most of the desk staff were polite and helpful. Except for one he was unpolite and rude from check in to the tone he spoke to explain basic information. I speak perfectly french so I don't believe the whole American behavior applies here. The entry door by the coffee shop smells urine during our whole stay and that's terrible. The main door is usually not working and you need to enter by the coffee shop. We stayed 7 nights and the location is perfect. Cleaning ladies were very polite and room was perfectly clean. I'd love to come again to Montpellier but I won't stay again in this hotel.

"The hotel was basic but clean. The staff were helpful. Rooms were small and functional, beds comfortable. Decor a little tired but in all, we had a pleasant stay. The area is really lovely. Gorges Du Tarn, St Enimie and the caves are an absolute must if visiting the area for the 1st time!"
