“It is an apartment hotel , 30 mins drive to centre of nice . Besides the room there is a balcony and a small kitchen . But there is nothing around this hotel apartment , no glossary , no restaurant around . The great news is , it had a small pool ,the bad news is the wifi didn't work at all, although the technician come and try to fix it but it still doesn't work for 2 days until we check out ! The only way to access the wifi is in the lobby but it is so weak and can,t support more than 4 people……

“They advertise pool and spa which was not included! Also the pool was not allowed for kids... the view from the top was nice but thats about it.. boring and no options for food”

“We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse. The place is beautiful, very clean, and perfectly calm – ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with great variety and quality. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us plenty of helpful tips to explore the region, as well as great recommendations for good places to eat. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“Salle de douche et wc communs lorsque votre chambre se trouve juste à côté, être réveiller par les passages aux toilettes des autres clients dès 7h du matin n'est franchement pas agréable. La salle de douche est équipé d'un magnifique chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas. Pas de Wi-Fi pas de tv dans les chambres et la taxe de séjour a repayer alors que j'avais fait un paiement en ligne”

“Well sotuated property with everything needed for a longer stay. Cons: one bedroom had no plugs, and there were webs around the top of the sink. Other than that, we were happy with the stay”
