Nice complex, poor apartment
Problems: no hot water at first, no TV ever, no key for easy access to beach, bathrooms need repairs. Another problem was we did not get our first condo; we had it & it was subsequently given to another person.

Water
We originally reserved this place but were told after that they double booked so they had to move us to a new place. They were very helpful with that but our new place when we arrived there was no running water because they said the town had turned the water off without warning. We were told it would be back on the next day but it was not and after talking to other tenants in the complex, we found out they all had had water the whole time so we should have had water as well. We were given a refund but still frustrating that we were not told the whole truth of the situation.

Worse experience ever!
Service was not provided as contracted. All contacts not responding based on my needs. Apt not opted to be rented. Multiple issues. Main contact delegated to other personnel which didn’t respond. Will never use renter again.
