Hotel Desertica is one of the nicest hotels my wife and I have ever stayed in. The location is 10/10, the staff are so friendly and the rooms are unique and luxury. My wife was ill for a day and the staff prepared off-menu chicken soup to make her better and provided local medicinal tea, which really helped. We had to change hotels due to availability but was so unimpressed by the alternative that we returned and spent the rest of our trip at Hotel Desertica. 5* all round!!

Though the hotel chain Diego de Almagro is good, the one at SPA is not up to expectations. Wifi only in lobby, tv but no cable or wifi, pool too cold to use, bad information... The location, breakfast and room are ok. It is better than local hostales, but not a good hotel as it is promoted
