The communication with the host is excellent. Due to my train delayed, we were not able to make it before their closing time, The manager provided me with a very detailed directions to the hotel and the self checkin procedure. She was so kind to assisted me to buy Italian Open tickets for the website are in Italian. Thanks to her, we were able to attend this great event.

Was close to the station . Staff were friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed the view room was comfortable. But being fussy they need new pillows as a bit flat . Otherwise would recommend this place .

Location was perfect for exploring Manarola. Loris, who greeted us at check-in, was fabulous. She gave us a detailed overview of Manarola and Cinque Terre trail. Very professional and welcoming.
