My room was on the 3rd floor I had Luke warm water-not hot in both the shower and sink. I tried to use the room phone to notify the front desk but the land line did not work after numerous attempts. I called the front desk at 4:30pm from my cell phone and notified the staff of my water and phone issues. Was told that maintenance would be notified about the luke warm water however it would not be addressed until 7:00 to 8:00pm because the maintenance man was at another property. I did have hot water the next day-upon checking out!

Nice spot just seems a little dirty overall. The bread they were serving for breakfast had mold on it and in general it just looks better than it really is in photos.

The Tamarack offers a great, central location in Ketchum for a reasonable price. It's clean, recently remodeled and the staff is responsive.

The modern cabin was new, clean and decorated tastefully. We are in our 60s and I never saw anything saying the sleeping room was up a set of 8 steep stairs and you cannot stand in the sleeping area so we had to crawl to the stairs and at our age have to get up to use the bathroom several times per night. We hardly slept and then the lodge/store was not open when we left at 7:30 am to buy coffee and food. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. For the price. we paid, in the future we will travel another hour but for younger guests this property would be good.

Older and dated. Nice breakfast and nice indoor pool and spa. Comfortable bed. Not as charming and wonderful as the advertisements and reviews posted. Good location. Service was just ok.
