I could not give an excellent rating due to dark entrance, not welcoming at sll. The staff was super accomodating and our room was completly remodeled and in excellant condition. Rooms are small but decorated nicely with new furniture.

This is a huge property & they were short staffed. In spite of that they carried on without getting frustrated.

The breakfast was ok.
The toilet didn't flush at all; a maintenance guy used a plunger and it flushed marginally. I used the men's room off the lobby some since the one in the room wasn't at all enthusiastic about performing properly. My wife used the women's off the lobby for the same reasons; there was no to in it, and one of the two toilets was out of order.
There are much better places in Minot - there have to be! Spend the $20more.

Breakfast was great and we really appreciated the social hour with food and drinks on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. We stayed for a week so the free laundry was much appreciated. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again!

"House is very cute and there is everything you need and then some. April was very helpful and accommodating. My husband stayed there while pre-fishing/fishing the Governor's Cup tournament and it was so handy for him to get on the water."
