Room was clean, had extra cot in room. This was extremely uncomfortable, think time to update cot mattresses. Room was on first floor and first time noise from other travelers were an issue. Still would recommend hotel maybe an off night

Refrigerator in room did not work. Elevator was not working

Large, really clean room, quiet location, a couple were trying to check in with a dog when I was coming in. Location was close to gas, food, a "Dollar Store" and 1 exit away from my next day event.

Woman at the hotel desk had poor language ability! Difficult to understand. Had to ask her three times about her question as to if I had a pet. Very mediocre breakfast! They have a nice kitchen and an attendant. Why not have some scrambled eggs? Don't like trying to make waffles!

This comment may not be true about all the rooms. Our room was outside of the main building (lavender room). The room had an old stained carpet that was not vacuumed at all during the time we were there. We know this because there were several dried leaves on the carpet from the day we arrived to the day we left. If you stay at the hotel for longer than a day, they do not clean the room unless it’s requested. We did request and they made the bed and put fresh towels but did not vacuum the floors. A huge positive appreciation to the chef who has a sweet, positive and helpful attitude and prepared for us guests different and delicious breakfasts every morning. The hotel provides cheese and crackers and warm freshly baked cookies early in the evening. The cookies were absolutely yummy and appreciated. It almost made us forget the dirty carpet. The location is great within walking distance to all Lincoln tourists areas. The staff is very friendly.
