There was no staff available at the property. I had to call and the person told me couple of times that there was no booking with my name. I insisted that I booked through Expedia and I have the confirmation number and at last she was able to find my name. Bad experience to start with. The room was tiny. Almost no space after putting two double beds. The bathtub was very old and paint came off at many places. The beds were too soft for our liking. Things were clean though. There is almost nothing around the surrounding area but that was not a problem for us. We didn't like the place and stayed only one night although I booked and paid for two nights. I won't go back there.

This farm and guesthouse was incredibly beautiful. Everything from the view of our guesthouse , the horses and other animals and the farm itself. My hisband and I hD a wonderful Time. We enjoyed the beauty if the farm. The animals were beautiful and some entertaining. The roosters and the chickens freely wandered and put on quite the shownas they wandered. The two goats came tapping at the door every night. We loved watching them run when it seemed like they were getting in trouble. The farm is close to Letchworth State Park. Very convenient area. Owner & management was very nice & courteous. Due to limited options in that area I might book this hotel again.
