About this property

Waterfront home for you and your furry friends.

  • Cottage on Lake Gaston with shallow water for wading, boathouse, and kayaks, floats, paddleboards & small canoe readily available. A pool and playground are available for guests 1-2 miles away.
    Although the house is older, the kitchen was remodeled in 2021,bathroom updated in 2023, upstairs freshly painted, powder room redecorated in 2024, and carpets, draperies, etc. added very recently. You'll enjoy a large, covered porch with water view, new TV's in both family room and owner bedroom, and family board games added for the occasional rainy days. We also offer corn hole, for family fun.
    The home is situated on a heavily wooded lot ,so a hardpack walkway to the water has been added for comfort.
    Child gates are installed at top of spiral stairs, and home sanitized according to CDC suggestions.
    A book of nearby attractions, restaurants, and safety suggestions is available.
