"The hotel is generally fine, but make sure you get a renovated room. For some reason, they tried to put me into one of the decrepit unrenovated rooms, despite having plenty of renovated rooms available. I was staying in the apartment side of the facility. The front desk staff are unfriendly and not particularly helpful. For example, I paid the exorbitant rate for a late check out so I could stay in the room until my night flight, but the front desk forgot to log that in the system. That resulted in someone pounding on the door in the morning saying I had to get out, until I explained I had arranged for late check out."

"We recently stayed for two nights at One Hundred on M, part of Fluent Living, and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived for check-in to opening the door of our serviced apartment, everything was seamless and professionally handled. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Bongani and his team, who made us feel welcome and valued throughout our visit. A special thank you to Wonga for his outstanding attention to detail and genuine hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, and his commitment to excellent service did not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire Fluent Living team for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend One Hundred on M and look forward to returning in the future."

"We enjoyed our stay. Very helpful staff. Front desk and doormen were great. Primrose and Felicia in the restaurant were always so friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Good location. A bit too far to walk to V&A Waterfront. Close Uber ride to the cruise port. Clean and comfortable room. No complaints at all. I’d stay there again."
