I have stayed at the Plaza Hotel in El Paso at least 3 times while driving cross country! It’s a 5-star experience every time. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facility is excellently maintained. The valet parking is fast and efficient. The hotel is close to I-10 so it helps to quickly get on and off I-10!
I’ll definitely stay there again!

The room was clean, the laundry room was very convenient since it was in the same building. The layout of the buildings was a little confusing. The front desk girl who checked me in was the nicest!

Breakfast was fine, cereal, some pastries, waffles. Parking was plentiful, I felt safe at all times even arriving super late or leaving super early. Everyone was very kind and welcoming.

Our room was relatively clean, but the bed was uncomfortable for sleeping.
Problems we encountered:
1. There were exposed wires on the non-functioning smoke detector.
2. There was an obvious electrical short circuit in the reading lights above the beds, and the light switch was broken/missing on one of these.
3. The security chain on the door was missing.
We notified the front desk staff about these issues and she said she would notify "the manager". I doubt she did since her attitude was disinterested at best.
We will never book this motel again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good, hot coffee is great. Air-conditioning works great. The person at the desk was not real friendly as we had Harley Davidson tshirts on.
