Honestly there are no amenities its extremely basic and old. The parking lot is in terrible shape but basic can suffice for work and you can make a lot of concessions if the price is right but with the new online rates being higher than better lodging in town with more amenities its not worth it and I cant see myself downgrading again for more money. Management very friendly and helpful but that's the only real upside left.
