"The pool was enjoyable. I requested a room close to the water park side due to my disability and age but, my request was not honored."

"My room was clean but the door to the balcony had a hole at the bottom on it that looked like something chewed on it and the bathroom door had the same hole. The bathroom was really small, only enough room to use the small toilet and step into the shower. Our last night, the smoke alarm kept going off and kept us from getting any sleep so we left really early."

"We stayed 3 nights. I was here for a work trip (comic con vendor) and brought my son (4yo). My son had just been couped up in the car for 7 hours and was a ball of energy, the check in employee was incredibly patient. He was even more patient when I locked myself out of the room a mere hour later. Room looked great and very good price!"

"This was a great place to stay - very clean and lots of amenities (pools!) Loved our room, very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was a great added benefit. The only downside was that the breakfast foods were not very hot. But would definitely stay here again."
