I thought it may have just been the person we got at check-in. They were usually gathered together and chatting with each other. The hot tub wasn’t working, which was disappointing since it was spring break and the temps were too cold after sundown to use the pools. The MOD was rude to the trainee that had gotten a drink wrong. Pros: The game area was pretty nice, The arcade and pinball machines were free, no coins needed, there was a decent selection of board games for both kids and adults. The decor was so pretty, and the rooms were very spacious! Breakfast was always very good and the staff kept everything filled. They were always nice! The other water area options were fun. If you have kids it’s hard to keep an eye on them from any one area since the layout is stepped and the slide is centered.
