“Have to admit it was one of the CLEANEST rooms we've stayed in for a long time. (& trust me I checked..even used a special light) Only issues were....NO dresser(s).....NO rugs at all, bathroom did not even have a bath mat for after showers!!! Had to go out and purchase one....come on no one wants to step out of a warm shower on to cold cold floor!! However, we loved the ducks outside, the deck and the little stream.....simply beautiful. Very convenient to Bristol, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, ……

“The room was infested with 12+ stink bugs. Management did not do anything about it and when we called Expedia to get a refund they barged in our room at 1:45AM and argued with us and kicked us out despite not having received a refund yet”
