“Nice for an airport motel”

“Good.”

“Our room for the first night had an air conditioner unit that rattled and when the compressor kicked in it was very loud like groaning. It also didn’t really cool the room down. We let front desk staff know the next morning that it needed to be looked at and the guy was extremely dismissive. All he did was write our room number (413) on a scrap of paper and went back to looking at his computer screen. When I asked whether anything would be done about it he let me know they had no maintenance……

“Room are smelly and with hundred of ants on the dining table, so scary! This is the first time I stay at Staybridge and it gives me very bad impression on this hotel.”

“All Quality inns use the cheapest COFFEE. Liquid brown water and then hot water added. NO TASTE NO CAFFEINE. Bagels served but nothing to cut them open. No bagel slicer one person wanted to put out a sharp knife. The eggs appear to be from some liquid mix.”

“Room was not well cleaned, floor was filthy and in need of good vacuum cleaning. We discovered bed bugs in the corner of one bed and in the pull out couch. Horrified asked for another room on another floor as it was past time to get our kids to bed. Asked for a refund for the terrible experience and shocking bedbug exposure. We were reassigned to a 3rd floor room which was extremely hot but at least no bugs after thoroughly inspecting. The front desk told us the manager would reach out to us……
