“Perfect location for Old City Knoxville. So many restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The loft bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer and full bath all behind 1 door. Makes it easy to dress. The downstairs also has ample open space. Communication withthe management company was always easy. They want you to enjoy every minute of your stay. ”

“When I booked, I had no clue the history of the building! I loved the decor throughout the halls and the entry way. The loft is decorated so cute. You have everything that you could need there at your fingertips. The property manager was amazing. He even told us a few close places to visit. So much to do downtown and so close to literally EVERTYTHING!When we go back to the Knoxville area, we will definitely be staying here again. ”

“Great communication, easy check in process. Very clean and nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Snacks were even left for our use. Location was ideal for everything downtown. Would stay again or recommend for others. ”

“Staying here was really nice, it was clean, and within walking distance of most downtown spots. It is next to a railway track, for some that may cause an issue, but i live near one anyway so it didnt bother me. It was mostly quiet, except for a pair of guests who i guess havent stayed in a vrbo before, but i was headed out to dinner so it didnt really impact me very much. You do have to lock doors behind you once you wnter your code to get in, but thats not a big deal. All in all though anytime...

“The place was just right. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We had trouble finding a set of sheets for the pull-out but the property manager remedied the situation in a timely manner. We would definitely stay there again. ”
