No tuvimos intimidad y además no sabíamos quién podría entrar allí.

Convenient location. Complex is definitely college living environment but unit was clean. We discovered the first morning that the coffee machine didn’t work and the one shower was very slow to drain. Made a report right away via VRBO . They responded approx 24 hrs later and they asked us to submit videos of what was wrong and asked permission for maintenance to enter the unit to make repairs. We said yes and sent the videos but no one ever came and no other communication was received from owner. We were only there for 3 nights so we had to have our morning coffee delivered each morning. Thankful we didn’t have more serious concerns.
