Was a very tight squeeze for my SUV. Not a bad location for access to Southbank, arts centre etc. staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a bit run down - lots of space and kitchen/laundry were great, but bedroom and bathroom could use a touch up. Cheap but clean and relatively contemporary furnishings but no colour or warmth to make the room welcoming. Ground floor, so no great view, but appreciated the large and secure balcony/patio. Shower smelt a bit.
