Desperately needs remodeling

"Musty damp smell. My grandson and I were coughing constantly. Burn marks on the chair and light fixture was broken with exposed wires. Pool was dirty but the area is promising with many eating places and shopping near by"

"This is our halfway stop to home. This hotel has friendly and helpful staff evening and morning shift. Room was nicely appointed and extremely clean!! Bed was comfortable - this will definitely be our go to hotel on our trips up north to visit family. Reasonably priced as well. We’ve stayed at other hotels in this area that were more expensive and no where near the cleanliness plus a full breakfast to boot!! Cudo’s to the cleaning staff!! "

"The floors & walls were dirty (perhaps the maid & the manager needs glasses or just doesn’t care). The bathroom had pee stains & black stains around the toilet. The pipe under the sink leaked on to the floor. The fiberglass bathtub is so used they stick into your skin. There was a dead roach under the air conditioner. I used Expedia to make my reservation and specifically asked for a non-smoking room; however, the room I received smelled like a smoker just left the room. I was so exhausted I kept the room & put the ice bucket under the pipe in the bathroom to catch the water. I used one of the bathroom towels to walk on the floor. I checked the bed for bedbugs and didn’t see any nor did I have any bites on me in the morning. I slept ok but it wasn’t a restful sleep. Too much noise in the hallway. I highly recommend an amazing cleaning party and fixing the plumbing. Cameras in the hallways. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. "
