Bedrooms # 3 and #4 are each furnished with a Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and a private deck. You will also have a convenient laundry area on this level.

Top Level: Be greeted by the stunning Great Room with cathedral ceilings, ocean views from almost every window, and tasteful coastal decor. The Great Room provides you with a flat-screen satellite TV/BluRay/DVD combo, and oceanfront deck access. Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Booking: During the booking process you will be asked to enter a credit card number, nothing will be charged to this card. You will receive an email 24 hours after booking with instructions to log on to the guest web to electronically sign your lease agreement and make your advance payment. You will have 10 days to sign your lease agreement and pay your advance payment to avoid cancellation.

Your final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations booked within 45 days of arrival will have 72 hours to sign the lease agreement and submit payment in full.
