The only problem is that the property is about a mile or so from the Hvar Old Town so you either have to rent a car or walk the whole distance, which isn't terribly safe. The hotel has two small swimming pools but nothing was entirely open when I stayed there in late April. Apparently, things really heat up during the summer where I imagine there are more things to do.”

“This was a perfect location for a visit to Hvar if you don’t want to be on the beach. We were amongst all the historical and beautiful cobblestone streets and within steps of the waterfront, the old city, etc. Hvar is not very big, so everything is easy to get to. The room was small, but efficient. There was a decent size closet and a small desk, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was lovely on the outside patio. The staff was so helpful and met us at the ferry to carry our bags. It’s a……

“We absolutely loved our stay at Case Benita! Our room was so cute and cozy, with thoughtful decor and an incredible view — especially at sunset. We arrived right at the end of the season, so it was very quiet (almost felt like we had the place to ourselves!), which made it even more relaxing. The hosts were so kind, communicative, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the breakfast delivery — ordering by phone was so easy, and the Nutella waffle was amazing! The outside area is beautiful too granting a nice place to relax and nice views. Also right next to a market which makes picking up food and necessities super easy.
