The 60-square-meter studio is built as a “house within a house” on the upper floor of our barn. The apartment features a loggia with large panoramic windows through which you can marvel at the sunsets over the horse paddock. The space is designed as an apartment for 2–6 people and a studio for other purposes. With oak parquet flooring, clay walls, a sleeping platform, and a fully equipped kitchen, it is lovingly and modernly furnished. Access to the studio is via a small entryway with stairs leading to the first floor. In the courtyard, right next to the door to the studio, there is also a separate door to the bathroom. The bathroom with a shower is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance via the courtyard. Two other households live on the property. Our small family, Grandma, and another subtenant. I also use the apartment as a workspace. Standard photo and film equipment can be rented upon request. In the garden, there’s a dining area and a fire pit for you to use, as well as a small kettle grill and an outdoor kitchen with a small gas stove for the summer.
