The person at the front desk was very accommodating as we were checking in late. The room was big but very loud. You could hear everyone in the halls, the water pipes running when others were using the bathroom, every car on the street. The following day we contacted the property bc there was a valet charge of $50, we had a $27 credit for parking through Expedia booking. We called to inform of the incorrect charge. The morning staff was very rude and stated it would be adjusted though it was not.

Hotel was very well maintained and sparkling clean. Restaurant/bar area was very lively and many TV’s showing sports and World Cup. Would definitely stay here again, as my daughter will be attending Towson in the Fall. The hostess/server in the restaurant could have been a little more friendly, and attentive. Free breakfast was very good.

"Booking was not correct. Other residents were outside of my room until 1:30 am and setting off fireworks at 12:30 am, scaring my family and dog. This was supposed to be dog friendly, that should not be allowed."

"We got 2 rooms. Our first room smelled like mj. the second was fine. When we went to take a shower the metal holder for the shower head was broken so you had to hold it up yourself to rinse off. Wasn't about to switch rooms again at that point. Ok stay for the most part. Breakfast was good."
