“I made reservation for three nights at Big Fork, MT. The rental said it was in Big Fork and the address was in Big Fork. I used to live in the nearby area so I needed no GPS directions. But when I arrived in Big Fork I inserted the address only to find it was NOT in Big Fork but 12 miles South on the Reservation. (False Advertising). We made our way back to the location. The room was filthy! The carpet was so filthy we kept our shoes on. I took photos of the filth in the kitchen. The oven had……

“The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed to have adventures all day. Check in was all online and easy. The property managers went above and beyond and made sure to check up during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly..”

“Similar to a motel room with a kitchenette in a very nice area where we thoroughly enjoyed the views and the wildlife. We were given two towels for four people for four days - luckily we brought our own as I was unable to contact property management to rectify the situation. The worst part was the floor - it was absolutely filthy! Our feet were just black which left the impression of a cleanliness deficit. I do not feel the cost is worth it - if you’re going to charge such a high cleaning fee it……
