Recommend taking the train from Fiumicino Airport as it is 1 euro get off at Parco Leonardo station (the first stop) and you are at the hotel. Is very simply appointed however it's two positive attributes are overwhelming for Italy. Being a number of feet off the main road it is very quiet and even though we were there in early March which is not officially summer which means no hotel in Italy has air conditioning this little place did and it was cool and it was quiet and well appreciated. They don't have a breakfast but they do have a pleasant little restaurant on the grounds. The staff especially Barbara were wonderful and explained all about the property. Rooms were delightful, toiletries were gorgeous. Dinner was superb with sublime food in wonderful surroundings. This is much more than an airport hotel and it’s an incredible stop if you are coming in/or out of Fiumicino.
