Perfect location
For the 4 of us( 2 teens/2 adults) the location was perfect. The suite was nice. A little bit dark and some electrical plug issues that are easily navigated , only 2 range top elements worked( which I requested to be looked at but still did not work by the time we left) but I would assume for a building this old, it comes with the territory. Lots of character and the beds were comfortable . You have to eat at Osteria Da Fortunata and Emma’s. Both 2-5 minutes away on foot and you will not be disappointed. Fun stay, perfect for our family with a few quirks but all n all , I’d recommend.

Wonderful apartment in Rome
We thoroughly enjoyed our four days spent at this apartment in Rome. The walls were covered in books and art….well furnished and appointed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We really liked the kitchen which opened up to a small patio where you could enjoy your morning’s coffee. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip back to Roma.

Location was great. Old school Italian style apartment. Beds were good. Church bells go off quite often starting at 8:am everyday. If you can sleep through them, then you're good to go. Central location to everything.

Really great location in campo
We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment. Especially the location. Having 2 baths was great for 2 couples. There are a lot more stairs then we anticipated but is very doable for able bodied people(we are in our 70s).There is a small lift that would eliminate at least 1/2 the stairs.I felt the apartment was roomy by European standards.Very homey feel.We had 2 issues that the management very quickly(on a holiday) remedied.Nothing they could have foreseen in advance.

Historically style apartment
Spent 7 nights at the apartment… Pros: charming, historical apartment with antique furniture and art. Kitchen well equipped, big windows in bedrooms and kitchen, lovely little balcony off kitchen. Beds and bedding comfortable and cozy. Building has a one person elevator(lift). Property manager was readily available in the end. Cons: in need of TLC overall, living room furniture old, living room carpet needs to be cleaned, kitchen equipment e.g. chipped plates, old saucepans. Water pressure very slow, took about 10 minutes to get hot water in showers and bathroom sinks. Only one window in living room so dark even during the day. About 6 flights of stair to reach apartment. Entrance door lock to building is broken so building is not secure. Entrance lane to building very dark, needs better lighting. Property manager was slow to respond in the beginning as the fridge had not being defrosted properly prior to our arrival and had to deal with water all over kitchen floor the first day we arrived. He also was sending someone to check out the hot water issue and we waited the entire morning to learn the technician was dealing with an emergency and didn’t know when he could come. We decided not to waste the rest of the day waiting, and accepted the issue. Property manager said it would be dealt with after our stay. They are not on WhatsApp either. We enjoyed to uniqueness of the apartment and our time there for the most part but would probably not stay again.

Excellent flat and location
The flat was exactly as described and very comfortable to stay in. A few things weren't great : - the kettle - the coffee maker - the broken gutter outside back door (caused kitchen to flood during the torrential downpours we had) - they weren't able to cancel the cleaning at the end of my stay when friends had booked the flat and I was staying on with them But overall it is a wonderful flat and holiday, VRBO were very responsive to any requests including booking me a taxi from the airport. I would thoroughly recommend.

Sweet apartment right near Campo de' Fiori
Artsy space just a stone's throw from Campo de' Fiori, the daily flower and produce market. Easy walk to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, and the Vatican. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were well-appointed, but we had no air conditioning when we visited. Thankfully, it was early May, but make sure to check ahead of time with the host, because we had a hard time getting in touch with him once we were there.

Could be 5* but not there yet
A perfect central location that is walkable to everything; quiet, with comfortable beds and space. The title description of “Luxury” is misleading but having checkedh the previous reviews we were not disappointed. 3 of us stayed in the flat and 3 more were visitors for apperativos and conversation so the large table was appreciated. The facilities are dated, the shower not great, many chipped plates (they did give us some more mugs on request), no cleaning supplies (eg wash up cloth or mop or dishwasher stuff) anything found likely to have been left by the previous guest. A heavy rain storm caused water to come into the kithcen from the balcony, we had to use a towel to mop up - despite their assurances there was a mop beside the washing machine (there wasn’t) but sone new towels were provided the next day. These are minor rthings and the location, comfy beds and quiet in an area that is very bustling more than make up for them. Note-a tiny lift but also a few stairs at either end

Just Perfect
The location is perfect. It is so centrally located that you can walk to all major sights in less than 30 minutes with an easy stroll through the heart of Rome. Alternatively, a taxi ride is a couple of steps away at the Campo de' Fiori. The apartment is very comfortable, has a lot of charm and personality and it feels great to walk in and relax after a long day exploring Rome. We stayed for a week, and it felt like home. The hosts were very responsive and made us feel welcomed. We loved everything about this place.

Great location, but old, dark apartment.
Apartment in a great location, 5 min walk to Piazza Navona and Trastevere, 25 min walk to Vatican city and Trevi Fountain, so easy to get around. It's very dark with no proper lighting, just lamps with 20 watt bulbs that need to be left on in day time too. One bathroom has strong lights. We couldn't sit outside, the plants attract a lot of horse flies. And the table is in need of repair anyway. The stairs are very dangerous on the entrance, make sure you have the lights on to avoid falling. I would not recommend this for children. Really comfy beds and pillows, excellent bed linen and towels.

We had a good stay in the apartment near the Campo Fiore. It was well situated for wandering Rome and right in the Campo Fiore area for visiting the market for fresh veggies and meats. The apartment was well stocked and clean and the air conditioning was so helpful during the hot July Rome was having. Thank you for our stay.

❤️ of Roma
You could not find a better location to enjoy the sites of ROME. The apartment is spacious, well kept and convenient for entertaining guests. The manager is responsive to your needs and the cleaning staff is rapid but thorough. My 5 ⭐️ rating is based on experience: I have been using VRBO for 20 years, and I rented this apartment on Via Cappellari for all of May and 3 weeks of June. Cappellari is one of the best experiences that I have had.

Location! Location! Location! Words that best describe one of the outstanding features of this charming, spacious, well appointed apartment. I will have rented this apartment for a total of two months when I return to Florida end June. I couldn’t have chosen better. The management is friendly, efficient, and responsive. The cleaning crew comes as and when required and does a thorough cleaning each time. The a/c works to perfection and is a sine qua non for enjoying Rome to its fullest during the summer. In sum, I highly recommend Rione VI Parione.

very nice!
The apartment is clean, nicely appointed, spacious, and situated in a terrific location for venturing out on foot in central Rome. The only issue my wife and I had concerned the electricity and appliances. One of the bedroom lamps didn't seem to work and the refrigerator, in which we were storing milk and yogurt, lost power a couple of times over the course of a week (the plug connection seemed to be a little loose). There was also an old hair-dryer with a dodgy cord that nearly sparked a fire. These are easy fixes, however, and I would certainly recommend the apartment to visitors, along with the Osteria dei Capellari half a block down the street (get the stringozzi all'amatriciana!)

A nice stay but we expected a bit more.
Check in was very easy as was the 10 minute walk to our apartment. However, the apartment is very dark......more lamps please. One disappointment was the pretty sofa and 2 chairs in the living room were draped with dark, dull slipcovers which made the pretty room feel even darker. The apartment's location is excellent particularly if you enjoy walking the city. Rome was hot but the a/c worked very well in the apartment.

Good stay, lovely place, great location
We loved the property, its gracious spaciousness, excellent location, and comfortable furnishings. It has a wonderful well equipped kitchen, a delightful patio, plenty of closet space, and a great layout, However, we needed more lamps and lighting. In the evenings which was when we usually in the apartment, it was quite dark with very few lamps in working order. There was not enough lighting to read to or use the computer except in small areas. The living room had only two very dim lamps in working order; the lighting over the dining table was very dim, there was one tiny working lamp in the bedroom that gave only a small pool of light. Also, although we came equipped with adaptors, etc., we could find only one outlet that worked for charging our phones and laptops. Other than the lighting and charging problem which could be easily remedied (I bought bulbs to no avail), the apartment was wonderful. We'll be working in Rome off and on for the next 24 months and would enjoy staying here again and again.

Sehr gut gelegene Wohnung
Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

A very nice and quiet place with character
The apartment was very clean, spacious, appointed with taste and style. We appreciate books on shelves, posters and engravings, and the private terrace for the breakfast. Check in was easy (10 minutes walk to the apartment). Rooms have comfortable mattresses, and kitchen was very well equipped. The location of the apartment is very quiet, close to the 'Campo de Fiori' ; the only pleasant noise is the sound of the bells of the nearby religious institution. The main reserve to be made is the condition of the electrical distribution : defectious electrical plug of the refrigerator in the kitchen, brittle cord attached to the dining room ceiling with a multiple electrical receptacle, serial extension and missing electrical protection in bedrooms.
