Fantastic location, lovely breakfastPosted Nov 27, 2015
We arrived way before check in and there was a room available for us, however the room was tiny for two people (twin room) and the view was a rotting wall of the building next door, we asked for a better room and the staff were so helpful and lovely they gave us a fantastic room, it was huge, airy, with access through two large doors to the balcony and a view of the street below and skyline of Rome. Ask for room 504, you will not be disappointed. And a corridor away from the breakfast room so no having to get in the lift or take stairs. Lift is tiny, can get two people in there with a suitcase each. Staff are pleasant and attentive. We did find a few hairs at the bottom of the cupboard but rest was perfect. Would stay here again! You are 5 min from Trevi fountain, Spanish steps and 10 min from pantheon. You can easily walk to all main attractions. Vatican will take about 45min to walk to. 15-20 to colleseum. Maps are a must so you don't get lost. The hotel will Provide one to you. Bring some comfy walking shoes and you will be well on your way!

Roaming in Rome!Posted Nov 23, 2015
Pros: Great location close to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain. Modern rooms and bathroom.
Cons: The lift is tiny and quite slow, much easier to use the stairs. There is a chair rail/lift if guests require it to the second level.
Location: Spanish steps to one side of the hotel and Trevi to the other. Lots of restaurants/delis nearby.
Great hotel, nice modern room/bathroom in a boutique style hotel. Loved the location, easy to walk to lots of the monuments and taxis always passing the hotel. Plenty of places to eat. The breakfast room is fairly limited but was fine for us, mostly pastries/toast/fruit with some savouries that changed most days. Hotel staff were very helpful. Would definitely recoomed for anyone staying in Rome!

Good locationPosted Nov 21, 2015
Pros: Location was OK for walking to key sights.
Cons: Customer service skills of reception staff, particularly in terms of attitude and helpfulness.
Location: Easy walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain.
Customer service skills of head receptionist was poor and not particularly friendly. Breakfast staff had poor communication skills. The food offered at the breakfast buffet was inferior. eg left over boiled eggs were mashed up and added to the scrambled eggs the following morning. While we had a non smoking room, hotel staff constantly smoked on the the balcony directly opposite our door.

Such a disappointment - not a 4* by a long shot.Posted Nov 18, 2015
Pros: The location
Cons: Better attitude towards the customers, better breakfast.
Location: 5 minutes to the Spanish steps, 10 mins to the Trevi fountain, 1 mile to Colosseum.
On arrival, we were told that we would be moving rooms after the first night - not asked. They said that we would be upgraded but we couldn't see where the upgrade was. The room information was kept at reception for some reason, and was incorrect. There was no water, tea or coffee in the room. The wifi was terrible, the walls paper thin, no plug sockets near the main mirror and no mirror near the desk. The breakfast was terrible - lots of packaged food and stale bread. The wardrobe doors were not straight and the bed was so small, my feet were over the edge (I'm 5'1). The final straw was when we lost water in the bedroom, there was no apology from any staff and, after having been out of the room from before 8am until around 3pm, housekeeping hadn't cleaned our room - including the bathroom. Scuff marks on all walls. Only 3 English to channels and given no info on how to find others - which we ended up finding ourselves, after they fixed the tv as that was also not working.

Hotel perfecto para turismoPosted Nov 17, 2015
Pros: Ubicación, instalaciones y servicio
Cons: Buffet desayuno
Hotel muy bien situado, junto a plaza Spagna. Trato muy agradable por parte del personal en todo momento, y la habitación se encontraba en muy buen estado, con unas instalaciones bastante nuevas.

Great Hotel in great location.Posted Nov 5, 2015
Pros: The location and cleanliness of hotel.
Cons: The breakfast. The hot food selection needs to still be hot at 9:30 am. Offering barista coffee.
Location: Walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain, the Pantheon.
This hotel suited us perfectly. Walking distance to all the major attractions. Less than 5 min walk to Spanish Steps & Trevi Fountain. All the shops are close by and the restaurants. If you feel like a change from eating Italian food, less than 20 meters down the street is a lovely Chinese restaurant, actually the best Chinese food I have eaten. We had the basic room and it was spacious enough & very clean. The shower head in the bathroom had 3 different settings which was enjoyable. The breakfast was OK. Only a coffee machine so coffee was mediocre. The hot food being bacon & eggs was cold each morning. The selection of pastries was excellent. Overall a great hotel.

IDEAL PARA VISITAR LA CIUDADPosted Nov 4, 2015
Pros: SITUACION. BUEN DESAYUNO. TRANQUILO.
Cons: EN EL PRIMER PISO, DONDE NOS ALOJAMOS, EL CUARTO DE BAÑO DESPEDIA UN OLOR MUY DESAGRADABLE. TENIAN ALGUN PROBLEMA CLARO DE DESAGÜE.
Location: UBICACION IDEAL PARA VISITAS MONUMENTALES. RESTAURANTES Y OCIO CERCANOS.
LA SITUACION DEL HOTEL ES IDONEA PAR VISITAR CUALQUIER MONUMENTO DE LA CIUDAD, POR LA CERCANIA A LA GRAN MAYORIA. NO OBSTANTE, MUY CERCA, HAY BUENA CONEXION DE TRANSPORTES PUBLICOS.
