“The house is really quite small. It was fine for three people; it’ll work for four, but it gets very cramped with more than that. It’s a beautiful house. We felt very comfortable there. But the value for money is a bit iffy (about 1,700 euros for 10 days). The kitchen is a bit of a hodgepodge in terms of appliances, and the upper cabinets only open halfway because of the sloping ceiling. The bathroom is really small. The garden is very nice—there’s plenty of space to play and relax. And there……

“The photos and description of property does not match reality. The house showed multiple signs of neglect. Exterior: Mold, overgrown weeds, yard clippings laying around, and spider webs everywhere. Interior: Electrical outlets that were not properly finished, old and smelly sheets, stained mattress and pad, spider webs and life bugs on the wall, dirty windows, no towels, refrigerator did not work properly, small auxiliary refrigerator froze our food, flatware in drawers was mostly dirty,……

“Reception weak, no information in the house about WiFi. "Close to water" is (putting it mildly) misleading. Building style however, is attractive.”
