"This is an older property. There are maintenance issues needing addressing; water leaking from shower, frayed Towels, ripped Sheets. All are easily addressed. The Staff are friendly & efficient. The Rate is very reasonable. I’m happy to stay again."

"What an absolutely amazing experience! Baanthep is, by far, the best experience we have ever had in a Homestay property. If we could have stayed there for a year, we would have!! The entire family is welcoming and so focused on making the stay not just enjoyable, but memorable. The grounds are unique, the history is phenomenal and the passion for what they have built makes the experience. Just wandering around on the property with the family is tremendous! The best meals we had in Phrae came from the Homestay. I wish we had more time to sample more of the amazing food. This is, by far, the greatest Homestay out there! It is worth spending time and having what will be the experience of a lifetime. THANK YOU for making our stay so enjoyable. You have become family to us..."
