Overall it's an nice hotel to stay and the staff are friendly. Location was not bad, it's about 30 min to city center by tram, and it's only 1 minute to the tram station. I found that the water kettle was oily and the coner of the room and curtain was a little dusty. Other than that it's a good place to stay and easy access by public transport.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They are definitely one of the hotel's greatest assets. The hotel is very new and well maintained. I stayed in a suite with a large balcony overlooking both the lake and the surrounding mountains. The was spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The infinity pool and spa facilities were beautiful and created a very relaxing atmosphere, Although I only stayed for one night, I found myself wishing I had booked a longer stay. If I return to this area in the future, I will definitely stay for at least two nights. Highly recommended!

Das Castello Casiglio ist eine wunderschöne Anlage mit enormem Potenzial. Das historische Gebäude ist hervorragend gepflegt, die Gartenanlage traumhaft, die Poollandschaft grosszügig und unsere Garden Spa Suite "Perla" stilvoll und sehr geräumig. Auch das kostenlose Porsche Destination Charging ist ein grosses Plus. Umso mehr blutet mir als Unternehmer das Herz. Dieses Hotel könnte zu den besten der Region gehören, schöpft sein Potenzial aber beim Service leider nicht aus. Besonders die Reception hat uns enttäuscht. Bereits beim Check-in fühlten wir uns nicht wirklich willkommen. Der grösste Kritikpunkt war die defekte Klimaanlage. Das Zimmer war die ganze Nacht deutlich zu warm. Nach der ersten Reklamation hiess es lediglich, laut System funktioniere alles. Erst nach einer zweiten Reklamation kam jemand vorbei, versprach sich zu melden und verschwand. Wir hörten nie wieder etwas und verbrachten die Nacht in einem viel zu heissen Zimmer. Nicht der Defekt enttäuscht, sondern der fehlende Wille, das Problem zu lösen. Auch am Abend konnten wir den wunderschönen Garten nicht geniessen. Die Poolbar war geschlossen, im Gartenrestaurant wurden keine Getränke serviert und die Bar bei der Reception war unbesetzt. Unsere Terrasse wäre eine Alternative gewesen, wurde aber später vom Rasensprenger komplett geflutet. Mein Rat: Macht aus der Reception echte Gastgeber, haltet die Poolbar länger offen und achtet mehr auf solche Details.
