Fernando & Ian were amazing hosts. We really enjoyed them & their company. It's a very unique Hotel full of art & stories. Our bungalow however I found to be gloomy. The kitchen had no sponge and very watered down dish detergent. 1 plate & bowl with no paper towels or napkins. The bathroom was extremely dated with 1 tiny round mirror and really bad lighting also the sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower though. If this bungalow didn't lead to the most magical garden I would have switched properties. It's beautiful & at night if you can imagine it was even more magical!! That along with Fernando & Ian was this propertys saving grace for us. If your looking for something different this may be the stay for you.

Amazing place, food was very delicious and they have variety. The room was excelent, the view was speachless. Me and my husband loved it

Rooms were very outdated. They haven’t maintained the property at all. No service at the beach, you need to go and pickup the drinks by yourself. They’re trying to save costs everywhere.

Staff was amazing. Food was amazing. Free 9 holes of golf was amazing. Loved the staff at check in and check out. Loved the gentleman at the front door if Libby getting us rides and taxis.

The hotel staff are excellent in customer satisfaction. The rooms are very clean. I make it my business to go to the Radisson Blu in Aruba for years now.
