Fernando & Ian were amazing hosts. We really enjoyed them & their company. It's a very unique Hotel full of art & stories. Our bungalow however I found to be gloomy. The kitchen had no sponge and very watered down dish detergent. 1 plate & bowl with no paper towels or napkins. The bathroom was extremely dated with 1 tiny round mirror and really bad lighting also the sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth and wash our faces in the kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower though. If this bungalow didn't lead to the most magical garden I would have switched properties. It's beautiful & at night if you can imagine it was even more magical!! That along with Fernando & Ian was this propertys saving grace for us. If your looking for something different this may be the stay for you.

Checking in was not easy by the front desk people especially the floor supervisor that day her name was anna i think. She would not even hear my complaint and she was standing 5ft from me

Our room was so so clean . There was hair on a floor for 2 days before they were pick up . The steakhouse restaurant and Crystal restaurant we tried to get in for a few days and we couldn’t.. they told us that would take reservation but once we go there by 7 o’clock, they don’t take any people inside. I think it’s ridiculous.

Big beautiful resort. So much good quality food. We overate every single day. The options were endless. The beach was stunning, pools were comfortable. Long walks along the beach across each resort. Very happy we chose riu. This may be the best all inclusive we have stayed at. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Aruba was a dream.

The beach is stunning. Eagle Beach is a beautiful spot as there aren’t any high rises on the beach.
