“Clean room, great customer service as always.”

“We had a non smoking room but that doesn’t matter because the property allows smoking and apparently it seeps through the walls or something because the smell Of smoke was incredibly strong. There was no shampoo or toiletries in the room. Only a bar of soap. The bathroom was also very dirty. There was also a large hole in the wall behind the bathroom door.”

“This is an older property that shows its age. Wifi is very poor, and in-room technology is a bit dated. We had a non-working exhaust fan in one of our bathrooms, and staff fixed it the day we told them about it. Bathroom light switches are outside of the bathroom, so using the bathroom in the middle of the night shines light on others who are trying to sleep.”

“There was no tv, no microwave or fridge and the tv did not work. Office said it will be all fixed Monday.”

“The hotel was pretty quiet and the property was decently maintained. The room we got was pretty large and the bathroom was clean, but it was pretty outdated and the carpet could use a big cleaning or replacement. We had our dogs with us, so maybe there are nicer rooms available for those without pets? Additionally, on Expedia, the pet fee is $10/pet, however it is actually $15/pet. AC worked great and we had warm water, but the microwave was broken. Overall it was a good low-cost quick overnight……

“There were no towels or washcloths. The minifridge has spoiled spilt food in it. No blankets. No cord from phone to the wall outlet. TV was on dresser not on the wall no remote for it. The curtains were falling down. cockroaches climbing the wall. The floor was filthy clumps of white mush in the carpet. The front of the smoke detector was removed. The bathroom was filthy. We were told they could not do anything about the room, We had to go to a different hotel.”
