“Nice room”

“Room was clean and very comfortable. Decor was on trend and sympathetic with the overall feel of the hotel and original building. The toilet flush ran all night and a mini fridge would have been appreciated, particularly in the heat. Great location and extremely helpful and friendly staff, a typically warm, Liverpool hospitality.”

“Very unusual hotel in that there is no reception or staff to be seen. You are sent your entry codes via message for internal and external entry. Very clean and tidy and a super central location. Was surprised to get a maid service but then disapointed we didn't get teas and milks replaced. First world problems. The room had a fridge but it didn't work and so much my milk curdled in it. The shower was powerful but the water was tepid at best. Lots of noise at night due to it's central location……
