“We were a group of 10 persons, occupied 5 rooms for staying 2 nights. The hotel generally speaking is a good hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms. However, two of the rooms were found problem in water supply for bathing where only hot (very hot) water supply but no cold water for the shower. When asking for repairing service in the late night, the reply was unfavourable. Until the next morning, only one room could be fixed while the other was settled by changing another room for my friends.”

“We were given an 'accessible' room for some reason. It was old and in need of refurbishment. I had requested 2 beds but there was just one small double. Very basic. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience with this booking. The apartment was in poor condition, felt uninhabitable, and did not match the description or photos on the listing. Basic standards of cleanliness and safety were not met, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience fell far below expectations, and I would not recommend it. I am still awaiting a fair resolution and refund”

“I got to see epic barca vs inter in the room live. Great Close to train station. Downsides: u will hear the loud train announcements( but i don't find annoying) If you are hungry to walk to 24hr Mcdonald. The restaurant is quite busy at night. Don't have chance to try Overall good.”

We loved the size of the room, the cleanliness of the hotel and the room service we ordered. All the staff we met were lovely and so helpful. The spa was absolutely amazing. So relaxing! I highly recommend a visit. ”

“It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.”

“Really nice place and good value for what you pay. I like the nautical decor downstairs and staff were polite and helpful. My room had an amazing view of the liver building and a good shower and bathroom.”

“Rooms were spacious and the staff were kind, but the hotel feels run-down and less than clean. My room was in the basement which only have half windows. The carpets have an odor, housekeeping missed trash removal, the rooms are not well lit and the room itself was very basic. Overall, not the level of Hyatt quality I expected for the price. ”

“Lovely stay and great staff, we had one of the suites which didn’t disappoint! The only complaints I would have is the spa jacuzzi out of use and very tough sleeping pillows! ”
