4 bed 2 bath family cottage, 3 min walk to the beautiful Higgins Lake with community dock. newly redone fire pit, large yard, plenty of out door seating on the large deck, nice and quiet area. 6 mile drive to the Silver Dollar Bar and Grill. 5 mile drive to the public boat launch with plenty of parking. There is no boat mooring at the road end doc.

Extra lot to park all trailers (Boat & Snowmobile)

Great stay!
The house was clean and bright and came fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals for ourselves. It was easy to find and there were enough beds and bedrooms for everyone to have their own space. There were plenty of games to keep us busy. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring it. Jillian was very responsive to our questions. Thanks for providing a great space for a quick winter getaway!

great big little cabin!
We stayed here for a week as a family to play games and go skiing at the Cross Country Ski Headquarters (8 miles away). The cabin was clean and well-stocked with cooking supplies. Everything was very well organized with excellent use of space. We appreciated the huge washer and dryer! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Wonderful New Years get away
We had a great time celebrating New Years weekend with the entire family here.. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and our dog. The cabin was fully stocked and comfortable.. Very clean and accommodating. The owner was very nice and helpful with everything. The neighborhood is really cute with many streets to walk your pet and its very close to the lake with public access.

Great Place!
We had such a great time and the property was wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of space! It was also very clean with a well furnished kitchen. Loved the Christmas decor for that homey touch! The owner was great with communicating as far as checking in and we had no issues at all! It was truly a great place and we hope to make it an annual trip! Highly recommend!
