“The property was beautiful and well appointed. Great location. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The lake was visible from the property and had a large deck to enjoy the view. There were lots of extras available such as paddle board, chairs, balls, games and more. We will definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive and helpful. Can't say enough good things about this host and property! THANK YOU!!”

“We needed a stop over point on our way to Northern Michigan from Grand Rapids and chose Houghton Lake as the location. We were fortunate enough to find this little gem right off the water! Very clean and comfortable as advertised! Would do it again! ”

“Nice, quiet area while close to Houghton Lake and essentials. We had one hiccup with the dock not being in the water but we made it work (wasn't the fault of the owner, but the company that was paid to place the dock). Dock should be in now. Easily housed 2 adults, 4 teens. Would stay again.”

“This house is in a beautiful location on the east bay of Houghton Lake. We got to see an amazing sunset from the dock. The sliding glass doors provide gorgeous lake views from the dining area and living area. The host provided all kinds of extras such as popcorn, candy, shampoo, Keurig cups, and much more. Everyone in our group young and old enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, kayaks, floating pad. Hope to stay here again.”

“Great spot near Higgins Lake. There’s a big finished garage with the ping-pong table and games which was ideal for our family with three young boys so most of our time was spent out in the garage or the backyard. We loved it, very clean nice and roomy.”
