We stayed at this hotel two years ago and loved it. However, on our second stay this past weekend we didn’t love it so much. Our king size bed was comfortable, but the sofa bed our children slept in was not and it made a lot of noise every time they moved. They should also include a thick comforter for the sofa bed as those thin sheets are not enough for staying warm at night. Another thing we noticed is that the area of the pool closest to the bar is infested with cockroaches and we even saw one in the water. Gross. They really need to take care of that problem. Lastly, there were little children diving in the bar area splashing pee water into our drinks while their drunk parents did or said nothing. Not cool.

First time at this hotel and I didn't like it. Upon checking in, they asked for a deposit. They didn't tell me anything when I booked and paid online. When I got to the room, the door wouldn't open. We tried using the two cards they gave us. They moved us to another room because the cards didn't work. There was also a lot of noise in the hallways at all hours.
