Brand new and modern apartment with a very beautiful bathroom.  
Fully furnished. ,with AC ,hot and cold , porcelain tiled flooring ,lovely garden and patio.Soft lighting and beautiful ceiling.  
Designed with Paris in mind .  
Enjoy the ambiance ,the art and the romantic setting .  
The space  
Beautiful and nicely appointed apartment .  
No stairs .Nestled in a fine tropical garden and close access to cheap public transport ,fine dining or street foods .Lovely garden with a multitude of birds especially the humming birds .Property has 4 varieties of mouth watering mangoes .Feel free to pick when in season.

Entire apartment , garden ,parking and even a sample of fruits from the garden.

There are several points of interest in the area within easy proximity to all the sports centers like Ato Bolden stadium ,Aquatic and cycling ,
