“I did not like that I could not get a comp late check out for extra 1 hr until 1pm when I paid for a night and stayed 4 hrs. The first room assigned was VERY noisy with traffic outside the room. I asked for room move and second room was much better. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good but music in restaurant was too loud for early morning. Young lady on front desk was very helpful and professional.”

“I booked this hotel because the Expedia listing advertised a 24-hour airport shuttle, which was essential since I was traveling internationally with my children. After booking, I was told there was no shuttle service and that I would have to find and pay for my own taxi. When I pointed out that the listing still advertised the shuttle, the owner admitted the information had not been updated since COVID but continued to justify it instead of correcting the listing. “It is great! The owner is very hospitality to us and the rooms are clean and comfortable.”

“Firstly I was given acroom to the far end of the floor that seemed like a converted storage room. The lighting was bad in the corridor couldn't see the open the door. I was relocated to another room that smelled better and had a shower curtain only to realize their was no water in the shower and was relocated to the first initial room. “I stayed there with my son while we was visiting Trinidad. The owner was very welcoming and réactive. The room we had was a high quality with everything we needed (and Even more) . There is an outside Space on the first floor and we could Park our car . We Even were able to use a washing machine which really helped us out. This is a high Value place for the price we paid. I recommend it and would definitely come back next time i am on the island.”
