### BLAUMARINA 225 Roses

Immo Barneda Roses. Recent and modern apartment in Rosas / Roses with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 4 people. Well-known complex named Blaumarina.   
  
A pool area where you can sunbathe and swim, very well maintained, clean, and pleasant.   
  
Cozy and newly constructed 55 m² accommodation. Very well furnished and decorated.   
  
It has elevator, terrace furniture, 8 m² terrace, community pool, outdoor parking in the same building, satellite TV and air conditioning.   
  
The American kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishes/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, dishwasher, and coffee maker.   
  
Situation: Beach a few meters away, making a pleasant 10-15 minute walk.   
  
It is located 0 m from the natural park "Parc Natural Cap de Creus", 300 m from the bus station "Vinyoles", 600 m from the supermarket "Mercadona-Carrefour-Lidl", 2 km from the amusement park "Salatá", 3 km from the water park "Aqua Brava", 6 km from the Golf course "Castelló Nou", 18 km from the train station "Figueres", 60 km from the "Girona" airport and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea.   
  
Roses is an important tourist center with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports). The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, including Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols, and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of their environment.   
  
Roses is an autonomous town, with all kinds of businesses:

the apartment itself was good.the main issues that I have was no linen or towels provided which is unheard of in my experience. Also, there was no internet so unable to watch any English channels on TV. Finally, no personal service from the managing agent - having to collect and drop off the keys (20 minute car journey) is very poor.
