The house features garden furniture, a spacious 10 m² terrace, a barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals and a communal swimming pool, ideal for cooling off during the summer days. It also has satellite television in French, air conditioning and a fully equipped American kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker.



The property is located in a privileged location, just 1 km from the beautiful sandy beach of Canyelles Petites, 800 metres from a supermarket and a few kilometres from the centre of Roses. It is also situated near various points of interest, such as the Aqua Brava water park, 5 km away, the natural park of dels Aiguamolls de l'Empordà, 7 km away, and Peralada golf course, 22 km away. Figueres train station is 18 km away and Girona airport is approximately 60 km away.



The community swimming pool is open from 18/05/2026 to 15/10/2026.



It is important to note that sheets and towels have an additional cost and are not included in the reservation price. We also recommend taking into account that access to the property is not advisable for families with small children or for elderly people, due to the presence of several stairs.
