Its privileged location, just 3 minutes from the beach, guarantees an unparalleled vacation experience, with easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment activities. Featured amenities include an elevator for easy access, terrace furniture to enjoy the Mediterranean climate, a large 17 m² terrace on the second floor: In the living room there is a 6 m2 terrace to have coffee, eat or sit in the cool Internet access (wifi), air conditioning to keep you cool on hot days, satellite television for additional entertainment and covered parking in the same building for greater comfort and security.
