  • OLEUM MAR is a private detached villa South facing, set in its own grounds in a peaceful quiet area of Roses. The villa boasts breathtaking views over the bay of Roses and the mountains of the Pyrénées.
    (The driveway to the house has a steep slope).
    Maximum occupancy 6 persons

    The property is gated and is situated on the highest reaches of Mas Fumats, bordering on the Nature Park Cap de Creus. Just 10 mins by car from the lively centre of Roses/ Rosas with its numerous bars, restaurants and beautiful sea front and only 5 minutes  to the Aquapark for all ages.
    The villa has a large swimming pool 10x3 and vast sun decks with plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun.

    Downstairs it has 3  light spacious bedrooms perfect for 6 people and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet. Two further bedrooms. one bedroom with double bed, the other suitable for children,with 2 single beds both sharing a spacious family bathroom shower and toilet.
    From this the lower floor (sleeping area) there is also access to the swimming pool.

    The upper floor with a light flooded open plan living space has a well equipped  kitchen, cloakroom and a comfortable lounge, with WIFI, flat screen tv. French windows  opens onto a  large dual aspect terrace equipped with barbecue, perfect for dining, relaxing  and enjoying the  magnificent views and sunsets over the sea and mountains.
    Private parking on site with plenty of room for 2 vehicles.

Herrliche Aussicht

Das Haus ist absolut toll und ein super Rückzugsort, wenn man dem Trubel entgehen möchte. Der atemberaubende Blick vom Balkon ist der Wahnsinn, man verbringt gerne Zeit dort! Es ist ruhig und man kann entspannen. Wir waren zu viert, mit zwei pubertierenden Kindern, die ihr eigenes Zimmer bewohnen konnten und den Pool täglich benutzten. Jederzeit wieder!

Family holidays at Roses

We have enjoyed our holidays in this villa at Mas Fumats, the situation with the sea view is exeptional, the swimming pool has a perfect size. The rooms are well adapted for 6 persons. Beach and shops are near (4-5 km) and you have a lot of possibilities for visiting this part of spain. I advse this quiet villa. Noel T.

Einzigartige Lage hoch am Berg

Wir habe zwei schöne Wochen in dem Haus mit einzigartigem Blick auf das Meer und die Pyräneen verbracht. Das Haus ist für vier Erwachsene gut geeignet. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, einziger Minuspunkt ist das Fehlen eines Esstisches im Haus. Bei entsprechender Witterung ist der Essbereich auf dem Balkon mit dem Ausblick unschlagbar. Erwähnenswert ist ebenfalls der Bereich Pool und Terrasse mit traumhaftem Panoramablick. Die Übergabe durch die Agentur war unkompliziert (Frau Peschel war in allen Angelegenheiten sehr hilfsbereit).

Sehr schönes und gut Betreutes Anwesen. Sehr ruhige und schöne Umgebung. Leider sehr Windig, was klar ein Vorteil sein kann . Zumindest bei extremen Temperaturen. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin der Agentur war sehr nett und freundlich. Hatten leider eine zu lange Anfahrt mit dem Auto. Sie hat aber tapfer auf uns gewartet. Vielen lieben Dank nochmals.Der Strand und die Geschäfte sind schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen wieder. Auf jeden Fall.

Erholsame Zeit in einem tollen Haus mit perfekter Gastgeberin

Wir waren mit unserem Sohn für zwei Wochen in dem wirklich sehr schön gelegenen Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Der Blick von der Terrasse jeden morgen mit einer Tasse Kaffee war ein Traum und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Haus liegt am Ender der Strasse und grenzt direkt an ein Naturschutzgebiet, somit war es sehr ruhig und man hat sehr viel Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung des Hauses hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und die Klimaanlage leise und effizient. Der Pool ist sehr schön und man hat auch hier einen tollen Blick auf das Umland und das Meer. Daphne hat sich perfekt um alles gekümmert und stand jederzeit bei Fragen zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein toller Aufenthalt mit perfekter Betreuung. Wir haben wieder gebucht...

Breathtaking Views with Privacy

Pros: Million dollar views of mountains and sea! We spent most of our time on the beautiful covered porch enjoying the breeze and views. Very private location in cute neighborhood without back door neighbors. Kids loved the pool (note that it was 4+ feet deep so not good for non-swimmers). Good sized home with three bedrooms on lower level. We had to wait awhile to check in, but Daphne’s daughter was super helpful in describing the area to us. Cons: The place could use a good cleaning and decluttering - lots of knick-nacks and we were expected to water their plants. No toiletries provided- we needed to buy toilet paper, paper towels, soap, trash bags, etc. Please note there is only one smoke detector (in lower level).
