It is an apartment located on the sixth floor of the Rosas 5 building a few meters from the beach. It has a room with two beds, a bathroom with shower and a dining kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave and hob. In the dining room there is a sofa bed for two people. It also has a terrace overlooking the sea. For the comfort of travelers there is also a washing machine and television with French and international channels.

Emplacement très agréable, il ne donne pas directement sur la rue (moins de bruit) mais reste tout près de la mer. L'appartement correspond à la description et grâce à l'étage élevé, il n'y fait pas trop chaud. La plage est agréable avec une eau très claire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut à proximité.

Sehr gute Lage und schönes feines Apartment. Alles da, was man braucht und relativ renoviert und nicht so verbraucht wie sonst in Roses Für zwei Personen perfekt. Mit mehr als zwei Personen, sehr eng. Wir waren mit unserem kleinen Sohn da und es war schon sehr klein für drei Personen
