Duplex penthouse apartment on the 4th floor, brand new and very well equipped with neat and modern decoration, all comfort, attention to all details, air conditioning and heating in all rooms. Linen is not included, but you can rent it. \- Very nice living/dining room with large bay window opening onto the terrace with panoramic sea view. Two sofas, table, 6 chairs, sideboard and side tables. Convenient. Satellite TV (channels in all languages). DVD. \- Large sunny terrace with table and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens and panoramic sea view. \- Very modern fully fitted kitchen, with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, all the necessary utensils and storage cupboards upstairs and downstairs. \- A bedroom with a large 1.35m bed, lamps and bedside tables, wardrobe, chest of drawers. \- A bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm, lamp and bedside table, chest of drawers. You can bring them from home or with a supplement of €25 full service per person. \- Terrace/solarium with panoramic view and 2 sunbeds. \- Complete shower room The exterior \- Neat and secure community gardens and swimming pools, which directly overlooks the beach. \- Residence Mileni I is located in front of Residence Mileni II, and overlooks the gardens and swimming pool with a direct view of the Bay of Roses. \- Much appreciated underground garage with direct elevator access to the apartment. \- Quiet environment SITUATION IN ROSAS The Residence Mileni is located on Salata Beach at the entrance to Roses, 50 meters from the beach and restaurants, and 500m from the supermarket and the town. 5 minutes on foot along the walkway and you arrive at Santa Margarita beach, and 2 km in the other direction and you arrive at Roses, a typical old fishing village, converted into a cosmopolitan holiday town, while maintaining its old world charm. In particular its long promenade lined with palm trees, its cafes with their large terraces overlooking the sea, its pedestrian streets and their small shops and bistros, and its fishing port which gives an appointment to the fishing boats returning every evening between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. In Roses there is a mini golf course with children's park, several large supermarkets, night bars, discotheque, water park, karting, and boat trips. A few kilometers to the north, along the coast, and you come to some pretty little coves, with fine sandy beaches and turquoise water. Sea excursions leave from the port, to the marine reserve of the Medas Islands in the south, or "pirate voyages" to the small, more isolated coves in the pure Costa Brava in the North.
