PONENT 3º2º Roses Immo Barneda Roses. The apartment in Rosas / Roses has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6/8 people. Accommodation of 95 m²+15 m2 terrace, tastefully furnished and fully equipped, located on the first line of the beach, with sea views. It is located 50 m from the sandy beach, 18 km from the train station, 22 km from the Golf course, 60 km from the airport and is located in an ideal area for families and next to the sea. It has a lift, garden furniture, terrace, iron, internet access (wifi), central heating, Television, satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, French). The independent kitchen, with ceramic hob, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils and coffee maker. Sheets and towels have an additional cost, they are not included in the reservation price. Just in front of the accommodation is the blue parking zone, and to the left there is a large paid parking where you will have no problem parking. The accommodation is located in the centre of the town (La Calle Mayor), known for its location, close to everything, supermarkets, restaurants, beach, shops. Ideal for spending happy holidays without having to take the car. Blue zone just in front of the apartment. Also 400 metres away is a large free parking lot always with availability just behind the Citadel, just a 3-minute walk. Perfect for spending unforgettable holidays. Roses: Roses is an important tourist centre with modern hotels, beautiful beaches, two ports (fishing and sports). The coast of Roses includes a long sandy beach and further east a large number of coves, including Canyelles Petites, L'Almadrava, Cap Norfeu, Punta Falconera, Jóncols and Montjoi. Some of its beaches have been awarded the Blue Flag, a symbol of the quality of its environment. Environment Roses is a locality with a Mediterranean essence and a marked tourist and maritime tradition. Located in a unique natural setting, in the north of the Costa Brava, it is less than 30 km from the French border, 65 km from Girona and 160 km from Barcelona. The large tourist centre, with urbanisations, hotels, beaches and two ports (fishing and leisure) is an attractive place of great importance within the northern sector of the Costa Brava. The coast of the municipality of Roses includes a long sandy beach. Roses is an active city throughout the year. Its offer of activities and attractions is very appealing to all types of travellers.
