Sofa bed in the living room, with capacity for two additional people. A full bathroom with a shower. An additional toilet. Amenities The apartment is fully equipped with: High-speed Wi-Fi Satellite TV Washing machine Iron and ironing board Toaster, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and kitchenware Hairdryer Rooftop communal jacuzzi, shared with the 7 apartments in the building. Location This apartment is in an unbeatable location: Away from the hustle and bustle of Roses town center, in a quiet area. Opposite one of the best beaches in Roses, wider and more natural. A short walk to the town center, perfect to enjoy without needing a car. Parking Indoor garage in the building, shared with other tenants. Please note that the garage entrance is narrow and may be a bit tricky, although it’s usually not an issue for standard-sized vehicles. Electric vehicle charging point available inside the building, for an additional fee. Alternative: Free parking is usually easy to find on the street, right next to the building.
