The fully renovated 49m2 apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
It features a bedroom with a double bed (180×200 cm) and a single bed (90×200 cm). The living room has a sofa bed (140×200 cm).
The living room also includes a workspace and a Smart TV.
The brand-new kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a Tassimo coffee maker.
The renovated bathroom features a spacious shower.
Located in the Komponistenviertel neighborhood, the tram stop is just a few minutes’ walk away, putting the city center only a few minutes’ ride away. The Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde is also just a 25-minute ride away by public transportation.
By car, you can even reach the Baltic Sea in under 20 minutes. Free public parking is available on the street in front of the property.

The maximum occupancy is 4 adults or 3 adults and 2 children, who would then share the sofa bed (140×200 cm).
The Hanseatic and university city of Rostock charges a visitor’s tax. By paying the visitor’s tax, you as a guest contribute to the maintenance and development of the local tourism infrastructure, which provides tourist facilities, services, and events for your stay.
All non-residents who are staying for recreational purposes and have the opportunity to use the services offered are subject to the visitor’s tax.
The amount of the visitor’s tax is specified in the current statutes of the Hanseatic and university city of Rostock regarding the collection of the visitor’s tax (as of: 21.06.2023; Effective date: 01.09.2023).
DThe visitor’s tax is collected year-round. The arrival and departure days for overnight guests are counted as two days of stay.
It is due on the day of arrival for the duration of the stay, payable in cash or by bank transfer.
For overnight guests, the visitor’s tax is €3.70 per day; with a discount, it is €1.45.
If you are in Rostock to attend a conference, meeting, or team event organized by your employer, you are staying for business purposes and are not required to pay the visitor’s tax.
The visitor’s tax is not included in the price.
